As we continue our COVID journey together, we wanted to let you know about the social distancing measures that have been put in place in the salon. We know some of you will be feeling excited about coming in to see us while others will be feeling somewhat nervous and anxious. It is our goal that every single one of you can feel comfortable in our salon. We are kindly asking for your cooperation with the following

The major news from us is we have opened a second Pebble salon to make sure we operate in the safest way possible. Pebble too... is just 5 doors away and offers a lovely Pebble experience on a smaller scale but still as good if not better that you are used to with us.

Can you please work with us on the following

All Clients Have Their Temperature Checked On Arrival

Masks must be worn at all time in the salon. You will be asked to remove your mask for the appropriate treatment's

Only clients can be admitted to the salon as there is no longer the space to accommodate friends or family to wait for them

We appreciate your prompt arrival. We cannot have early arrivals waiting in reception anymore so we can maintain the 2 meter rule.
If you are late, we may have to reschedule.

Please use the sanitizers we have wall mounted at each entrance when you arrive at the salon
There are plenty of sanitizers throughout the buildings

Keep a space of 2 metres between you and anyone else in the salon

Do not touch or shake hands with anyone else in the salon

Contactless payment is best so please use this method if possible

We are also asking our clients to reschedule your appointment if:
- You have experienced any cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
- Have been in contact with anyone with cold or flu symptoms in the last 14 days
So that our salon is as safe as possible,

You will have a slightly different salon experience than before:
- Apart from water, food and beverage service has been suspended.
- Sadly, no longer can we offer you a glossy magazine to catchup on the gossip
- Please limit the amount of personal items you bring with you into the salon.
Anything brought in will need to be kept with you at all times.

Appointments are spaced out to reduce the number of people present and to allow extra time for cleaning/sanitisation.
Sanitizing of personal spaces and hand washing will take place in between clients.
And more frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces.

Staff have been informed and trained on sanitization best practices
